Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Diadem OneSuite, including the public website, subscription services, customer portal, connected integrations, and related business tools. By using OneSuite, you agree to these terms.

Use of OneSuite

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that use of OneSuite complies with applicable laws and the customer's own business obligations.

OneSuite must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, abusive messaging, infringement, fraud, or activity that disrupts the service or harms other users.

Subscriptions and Trials

OneSuite may offer free trials, founder pricing, paid subscriptions, and optional services. Subscription terms, pricing, billing dates, cancellation rights, and renewal rules are presented during checkout or within the customer portal.

Connected Services

Customers may connect third-party services such as Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft, Zoom, Stripe, telephony, messaging, payment, or other business tools. Customers authorize OneSuite to access and process connected service data only as needed to deliver the selected functionality.

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and account controls.

Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of the business records and content they enter into OneSuite. Customers grant Diadem Technologies permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide OneSuite services.

Service Availability

We work to keep OneSuite available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, security events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diadem Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption related to use of OneSuite.

Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of OneSuite after updates means the customer accepts the revised terms.
