Diadem OneSuite is a business platform by Diadem Technologies that helps customers manage CRM records, email activity, calendar activity, communications, booking, invoicing, payments, point of sale workflows, and related business operations. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when customers use OneSuite and connected account integrations.
We may collect business contact information, account registration details, subscription and billing records, customer support requests, usage activity, and content that authorized users enter into OneSuite.
When a customer connects a third-party service such as Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft, Zoom, Stripe, payment, telephony, or messaging services, OneSuite may receive authorization tokens, account identifiers, message metadata, calendar information, and other data needed to provide the requested connected features.
We use information to provide and secure the OneSuite platform, deliver customer-requested features, process subscriptions, support customers, troubleshoot service issues, prevent abuse, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
Google user data is used only to provide the connected OneSuite features requested by the user, such as account connection, email sync, calendar sync, message sending, event handling, and related customer workflow functions.
OneSuite uses Google API data only for user-authorized product functionality. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except when required for security, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or when the user asks for support and grants permission.
